Phone and Text Message Communication (TCPA)
When you provide your phone number through our website and consent to contact, you authorize Apex Capital Mortgage, LLC and its loan officers to contact you at that number using autodialed calls, prerecorded voice messages, and text (SMS) messages, even if the number is registered on a federal or state Do Not Call registry. Standard message and data rates charged by your mobile carrier may apply. Message frequency varies based on the status of your inquiry.

Opting out of marketing texts will not affect our ability to send you transactional messages (for example, messages necessary to process a loan application you have submitted).

Why We Share Financial Information

- Technology and service providers: Cloud hosting, loan origination software, e-signature, and CRM vendors who process data on our behalf under confidentiality agreements
- Legal and regulatory compliance: Government agencies, law enforcement, or as required by subpoena, court order, or applicable law
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, your information may be transferred as a business asset
We do not sell your personal information to data brokers or unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Do Not Call and Opt-Out Rights
You may request that we stop sending you marketing communications by any of these methods:

We honor the National Do Not Call Registry administered by the Federal Trade Commission. If your number is registered there, we will not call for marketing purposes unless you have given us prior express written consent. Internal do-not-call requests are honored within 30 days and remain in effect for five years.
